Been in Fort McMurray now for 20, almost 25 years. So of course coming up here, I did get away from God, but in probably the last 3-4 years ended up going through some stuff. I lost my job and just think after going through that stuff and and getting back with God and getting back to church and just getting my family introduced to God again definitely changed my life and I have that radio station on pretty much 24/7 on in the house. My kids listen to it now. My teenagers and I've been listening to the radio station. Every song is just kind of gets me in that mood. When I go to work now I have it on, at work and people get in the truck and you know, they're kind of chuckle sometimes, but you know, it's just something that I think that resonates with my heart and my soul. With the times that we're in right now and the things that we're going through that I just believe this radio station is very important because we need Jesus right now, that's for sure. Everything that's happened in our lives in the last couple of years has been amazing and it's just been, it's great to see this radio station and the stuff that it's doing for people.

Brought tears to my eyes today as I listen to the UCB channel this morning as I prepare my breakfast. As I hear my name thinking it's someone else who has my name until I hear this " Sending Love to Everyone who's trying their best to heal from things that they don't discuss." That is one of my captions on my own Facebook :two_hearts: I have listened and will continue to listen to this channel it brightens my every day! Gives me confidence courage power and he fights through me daily. Without radio it doesn't get there. So this an important thing for us to get behind. Hey this is Chris from Rend Collective. I just want to talk to you about the importance of Christian Radio. You know, we hear stories all the time about how the Holy Spirit is meeting people in their cars, in their houses while they're dancing in the kitchen and it's all thanks to radio. Without radio it doesn't get there. Our songs just won't get out there. We believe that our songs are filled with the word of God, most of the choruses are just taken directly out of scripture. So this an important thing for us to get behind, while they're doing this fundraising drive I just absolutely encourage you to lean into what UCB is doing.
